This activity will give participants a chance to explore their leadership and communication styles and how these may impact relationships. The activity has been credited for helping participants of the Neighborhood Leadership Program achieve effective communication through self-exploration and peer reflections.
The animal style activity presents participants with four common leadership/communication styles. Each participant will be asked to identify with the style that best fits their personality and preferred role within a team. The activity will also give participants an opportunity to discuss how their style affects effective communication and interactions with the three other styles. Get Free Ticket Here
